5200 game that tests all buttons?

For folks wondering, here is what it looks like in OpenEMU (Mac)

I noticed there is a very decent controller test screen that comes up automatically in Altirra when you select the machine type to 5200 but haven't specified a cartridge yet? Does that perhaps exist as a standalone test rom somewhere?

The .CAR file has a 16 byte header used by some emulators.

 

The .A52 file with just ROM data is attached.

That "4" in the last line shouldn't be there. Something similar happened to me, but I couldn't reproduce it.

That is embedded in Altirra. I extracted it, but I haven't tested it yet (I don't have a real console). Attached as "ControllerTest.bin"...
