Grig
I would like to start a new archive for our great 8 bit disk games - Original Disk Labels. This would be a wonderful way to download and print labels for your disks. Maybe you've lost some or maybe the one you have is torn - or, maybe you have taken those ATR images and put them on physical floppies and would like to simply have that great looking disk label for that particular program. Personally, I like the artwork and fonts on the disks - and, it's a great nostalgic feeling to load up "Racing Destruction Set" with that crisp yellow and black label rather than my sloppy handwriting. Anyway, I'd like to start the archive with these seven disks. My initial scans are in JPG format and should be downloadable/printable with no problems. I scanned each disk and then cropped the scan. If there's an issue please let me know so I can fix it. You can PM me or just post your scans here. If we get enough scans I will catalog them and re-distribute them in a 7-zipped file. Here are my first scans: Thanks very much and I hope this goes well. This is my first attempt at an archive so I am open to suggestions and feedback. Mclaneinc
Nice idea...Although I don't know if I favour a whole disk scan even allowing for the extra archiving size.... Seems more right to do the whole item? Edited October 7, 2011 by Mclaneinc

+Stephen
Apologies for not reading the 1st post - I only have two game labels to post. But I figure someone may want the app disks too. Here's the final set from me.
Grig
I found a few more labels. Here they are: BTW - Any and all disk labels are welcome for this archive. In fact, the more the better. I will post some other labels later as well. Thanks to everyone for posting these labels. The archive is shaping up well. Keep them coming! The images are great! JohnBuell
Back to the storage unit to fish all of my disks back out.... Does anyone care about original cassette labels? I've got 6 boxes full upstairs.
Fox-1 / mnx
Cassette labels... have some too but scanning a cassette label won't be easy as the surface is not flat. Another 10 disk labels:
