maximebeauvais
paypal offer an insurance (if available) or if it is from ebay, the also have an insurance but you have to pay the first 25$ and it is up to 200$ so if it is for an pacman game, just forget about it however, if it is for waterworld, it i will cost you 25$ to get your money back from ebay. MrRetroGamer
If an item doesn't come with insurance or tracking # and you don't recieve it what do you do if paying paypal? You should contact your seller and establish a dialog about this issue first. Is the seller trustworthy? How long has it been? When exactly was it shipped, what method and from where to where? sku_u
A lot of times people will lie about when they shipped an item. I had someone claim that they didn't have any of the shipping information for a package I won around the beginning of October. I contacted the eBayer by email sometime around late November and the package showed up mysteriously and was postmarked two days AFTER I asked that person where my package was. In other words, your may not have been shipped yet. Quote Link to comment https://forums.atariage.com/topic/19269-few-questions/#findComment-205014 Share on other sites
Happy_Dude
Always keep up the dialouge. I had one seller not contact me for 3 days and I emailed them 5 minutes after the Auction. Really freaked me out because I like to pay and receive my goods as fast as possible. eMail them when you win, when you pay and again after a resonable amout of time has passed for them to get payment. (unless it's paypal in which case just the first two ) include you're details in every eMail you send to a seller, I'v had my details lost before. I have mine as my default signature now to avoid typing it all the time Quote Link to comment https://forums.atariage.com/topic/19269-few-questions/#findComment-205131 Share on other sites
