+DarkLord
Gang, I'm trying my best to get PPera's RAMTOS program to work with the Ultrasatan in my STacy. I know there are some Ultrasatan users out there. Can some of you grab RAMTOS and see if you can get it to work on an Ultrasatan? Really need to know if its the Ultrasatan or something else. I can get it to work fine from floppy drive, just not the US. Oh, can you mention what hard disk driver software you are using, and which Atari computer? Thanks! ParanoidLittleMan
Darklord, we had some PM-ing about SELTOS on your Stacy. But it is stopped at some point. Anyway, I'm pretty sure that the UltraSatan is not the problem. It is more than likely little different TOS of Stacy. I will try to DL Stacy TOS somewhere. If not, then you need to post me dump of it (there is TOS dump SW in Steem for instance). It is certainly some trivial thing, so we can sort it out. Yep, but apologies - its RAMTOS I'm talking about, not SELTOS. My mistake - I keep getting the 2 of them confused. Its the on that loads from the AUTO folder when you boot up. I have a dump handy. Here it is: STacy_tos.zip Thanks, and hope it helps!
ParanoidLittleMan
My bad. But SELTOS or RAMTOS - not big difference. Unfortunately, dump you posted is not OK. It can not be packed to 1.85KB zip. Should be over 100KB .zip. Try with anoter SW. Maybe this romimage.zip
+DarkLord
Hmm, try this? Its the dump from my STacy. Not zipped - just rename it to *.IMG I had to do that, otherwise it wouldn't let me upload it here. tos.zip Thanks!
ParanoidLittleMan
Same problem as with first (zipped) one - start of ROM is repeating overall whole file (therefore so good packable). Check PM.
ParanoidLittleMan
I did some update of RAMTOS . It will work for you, 99% . RAMTOSA.ZIP

I did. I'll try again after I get some sleep. Thanks!

ParanoidLittleMan
Just to note that Stacy TOS is regular TOS 1.04 . Last one Stacy dump, what Darklord posted to me is 100% same . No any difference.
+DarkLord
That's so odd. I've had a few vendors tell me that they are not the same... Oh well.
ParanoidLittleMan
That's so odd. I've had a few vendors tell me that they are not the same... Oh well. Vendors are not really people with some better knowledge about HW, computers - I think that most will agree ST Book is what has specific TOS - 2.08 if I remember right.
