Tickled_Pink
Today, I retrieved my Vectrex from the old house, turn it on to demonstrate its awesomeness to a 14 year old and ... Nothing! Last time I had it switched on was 18 months ago and it worked. Since then it's been subjected to two house moves. The last one where it was stored in a cold damp and dusty garage for 3 months. There is power going into it. I can see a glow through the air vents. But there's no sound or video at all. Even the swarm of bees has left the hive. It's completely dead. Could it be the conditions it was stored in?
GroovyBee
Could be. You'll have to take the back off and have a look. For your own safety don't touch anything near the tube or its wiring loom. Post a photo of the insides that is in focus and pretty close.
Tickled_Pink
Will do. Once I find a screwdriver that's long enough.
