PAL vs. NTSC Atari 2600 console Questions

NTSC Atari 2600 is much better then PAL version it have 128 colors and the games looks very nice.
The PAL have only 104 colors and the most games have poor shading effects or not at all.
Here you are a picture how nice this game looks on NTSC : 
On PAL this game for example is not optimized ant looks like rubbish,

That's just because it was never officially released in PAL format.

The slightly  smaller palette isn't a big issue.

You find a PAL60 version in the thread linked a few posts above and it looks like this:

just check the palette for NTSC, much better then PAL one. SECAM - no comment  LoL
