iesposta
On my Flashback 2+ the built-in Millipede works, so why doesn't the actual cart or Millipede on the Harmony? I just finished up a cart mod and observed this issue. Seems it's known why some cartridges (and Supercharger games) don't work, but how can the same built-in game work fine? +batari
To be brief, the chips on the FB2 have an internal signal needed for Millipede and other games, but the designers did not bring this signal to the cart slot pins. iesposta
Thanks for explaining. It makes me appreciate the Flashback 2 even more. There's a perfect little Atari 2600 in there! I just assumed they got the A12 line wrong, and couldn't see how an unsupported game was running.
