To me this, with its car chasing, shootout and safe cracking (aka stealing) mechanics is a sort of "GTA 0.1" (in the same way as Utopia is commonly seen as "Civ 0.1"). Anyway, I agree the controls aren't easy to get used to (euphemism: honestly speaking, they are really terrible!!) I'll probably buy it if I find it cheap enough. roberto: I also thought it looked sort of like a GTA 0.1 (funny). I've had good luck with Imagic titles on the Intellivision so far... intvnut Posted April 14, 2012 Share Posted April 14, 2012 I always enjoyed this game. I liked it way more than my brother did, I think. The one aspect that always threw me, though, was using the border color to tell you which way to drive to get to the embassy. I always had to bust out the instructions or the overlay, otherwise I was hosed. Also, I always thought the mechanism around the safe was kinda cheesy. I would have appreciated something less simplistic here. Otherwise, I thought it was a fun game. And, it was a sort of GTA 0.1, though with a more Tommy gun / 20s gangster feel. JacobZu7zu7 Posted April 20, 2012 Share Posted April 20, 2012 The game is complicated at first, (gotta read those intelly manuals) but once I figured it out, and memorized the 4 color street directions... It was pretty fun... the tougher settings, always knock me off my feet though!... very difficult to avoid gun fire and the cars on medium or hard... the control of your vehicle is NOT easy! Doubling back or turning can lead to your car exploding! The safe opening is the exciting part... trying to find the correct numbers in time, but if you can't... blow that safe up!
