xDragonWarrior
I found a beta Game.com emulator that runs and can be found at http://depositfiles.com/files/rfk05p8nu.It has a special way of loading roms though. Here's how to load them:-In "Game.com emulator" folder, open the exe -go to "Open Disasm window" -in the " disassemble window" click on "File" "Load Bin file"(game you wanna play) -in the "address??",leave it at zero in the "disassemble window",click on "File" "Load kernal" "Full kernal" -in the "disassemble window" click on the "Run" button. Games come with the emulator so you don't have to go looking for games. This emulator is nice and im wondering why we didn't get one sooner because after all,it wasn't even as powerful as the Gameboy and they had the technology to do so.but anyway good emulator! Catsmasher
Creating a game.com emulator would be like restoring a yugo. You can do it, but why? 2 Quote Link to comment https://forums.atariage.com/topic/196220-gamecom-emulator-foundruns/#findComment-2496479 Share on other sites
Austin
Creating a game.com emulator would be like restoring a yugo. You can do it, but why? To preserve it for the sake of history, regardless of how good or bad it is. And to get video footage to show people to steer clear of it, hopefully avoiding ridiculous prices we see today, like this: eBay Auction -- Item Number: 110843434342 Quote Link to comment https://forums.atariage.com/topic/196220-gamecom-emulator-foundruns/#findComment-2496786 Share on other sites

AtariLeaf
Creating a game.com emulator would be like restoring a yugo. You can do it, but why? Actually, I thinking owning a Yugo might actually be more fun than a game.com 2 Quote Link to comment https://forums.atariage.com/topic/196220-gamecom-emulator-foundruns/#findComment-2496851 Share on other sites
Catsmasher
I do actually own one. I bought it off ebay for $12. I then bought three games still sealed in the original blister packages. I played with it for a few minutes and decided to leave the games sealed. It is in my collection, but I dont see myself ever playing it, and I sure would never go to the trouble of downloading an emulator fot it. Hey that is what makes this hobby so cool, there is something for everyone. Knock yourself out. I was just joking around. Enig
But it's like cloning Hitler for the sake of history. You just... don't. Unless it's a shark, then do so for comedic reasons. +Gemintronic
The display was the major weakness that I could see with Game.com. The rest was pretty next-gen. Some of the games really tried to be top-tier but were limited by this factor. Take that (display) out of the equation and we can all make a fair comparison of the games..
