This is real. Dion Dakis is an asshole and even though it may seem that this has nothing to do with people not invlolved in the Neo Geo scene, it will prevent him from spreading his worthless shit into other gaming. Read the links below. Dakis was banned for Ebay for a while and he still uses many different id's. I'm sure his butt buddy has many id's as well. Rhindle The Red Posted January 23, 2003 Share Posted January 23, 2003 How interesting that NGF would choose to post this three days ago: ANNOUNCEMENT 01/20/03 NeoGeoFreak/NGF-USA Playmore Corporation and SNK NEOGEO USA along with the Federal Court in Santa Anna, California agree and confirm that the English version of The King of Fighters 2000 was under full approval and acknowledged in court, under oath, that the rights and all artwork for the packaging are authentic. SNK representative Hirsohi Miyajima, formerly in charge of SNK's International Department, signed a declaration under oath confirming the authenticity of the game and English packaging exclusively sold by NeoGeoFreak. Playmore Board of Director Misumi Nigano, SNK NeoGeo USA President E.Davalos, along with their attorney's submitted the declaration of the games authenticity on January 15, 2003. They should give me wrong addresses more often. No it's part of the same law suit. That's just more NGF lies to make themselves look like as they call themselves "big tymers" BUT go to the SNKNeoGeo link Starscream listed and look at the NGF pdf file and you will see that the KOF 2k's were confiscated for reprinted material (page 9). If NGF does have 6 pieces that are cleared under previous agreements with the now defunct SNK Corp., that would give them the basis for their statements. They're still a long way from engaging in full disclosure to their customers, of course. Are you the, uh, let's see, the acting-out type?
