Games For Your Intellivision
If any Intellivision fan has a micrometer, I would really like to know the thickness of an Intellivision overlay. Anyone?
OutlawTorn71
.006 in for Mattel and .0065/.007 in for Imagic but when I spoke the printer in here in Indy, he used mils as the description of the plastic for the overlays

Games For Your Intellivision
I will eventually find out the method used to print these things......I wish the guy selling 'proper' overlays or Roger would spill the beans....I've got my packaging guy on it..... Just to let you know......a silk screen company I tried to get to print the overlay said that I need a 'Flexo Label' company.... I am doing research on that now.....
