I?m not sure why the previous message was missed. As stated the lot was for broken systems. The lots are created by randomly choosing the items from a bin of broken systems and there are to be used for parts or repaired. This lot was not misrepresented. At this point I would consider this to be a scam. Damn, that sucks! Definitely sounds like a rip off to me :/ sorry you had that experience. When I've dealt with them before they were very nice. As promised I'll update the thread once it's taken care of. If you have to go through all this crap it's not worth it. They better adopt a better customer service plan. Physically having to call and have other people call on your behalf is a bunch of crap.
