IntellivisionDude
But it's bad enough finding 1 partner to play Intellivision with! I can't even find one person to play with. It's just me.

LidLikesIntellivision
I only tried a Bomberman game once and i didn't like it. But that was many many years ago. What if we get in a Christmas Carol 2 the ability to swicth presents with the jack-in-a-box that explodes with a screeming voice that hurts the snowman and breaks ice? I had more ideas in another thread but now I'm wanting a Christmas Carol 2. One more idea: the red ghost walks throug walls and kills you but if you grab a snowflake when it is in the ice cube it gets frozed there! Just more one, please! It's possible to add the yellow snowflake that cparsley told me.... Or maybe not this one. Custom Christmas Carol Ideas! Well, I'm not sure who gonna win this amazing prize! I read we would get 1 hour of conversation with the programmer but, hey, we have an amazing programmer who is always here! So if, like me, you're dreamming with your custom Christmas Carol, just put your ideas here . I hope Dz-Jay won't be angry with this 'cause too much ideas = too much work 1) There are many great ideas in the intermissions!!! Those intermission are really great and I wonder what can be put in the game play. A stage with a torch to melt the snowman. You could pick a present and put in the place a (what's the English word) a clown surprise inside the present, if the snowman is near when it pops it breaks into pieces. A certain ghost (the blue ghost of the past, see bellow) steal snowman's arms when you catch the snowflake (and snowman would stop following you to follow the ghost first). 2) Following "A Christmas Carol" of Dickens, we could have 3 ghosts alternating stages (blue for the past, white for the presents and red for the future) --- EDIT better: you play not twice but three times each stages with different ghosts. The white ghost is the famous Ghost of the presents. The blue ghost is the ghost of the past and when you pick the snowflakes it goes for the snowman for a moment. The red ghost is the ghost of the future and may have some different behavior (what???) 3) Play with Santa himself! I can't draw nothing, but what if Carol's hair turns white and goes to her face and clothes are red? I know any game play change is much, much more difficult... And maybe big changes would get nice in a Christmas Carol 2!

+thegoldenband
I found myself thinking the other day that the Intellivision needed a good fighting game. I tried to imagine: what kind of combatants would be possible on the Intellivision with its graphical limitations, but hasn't already been done to death? And then I thought, trees. The trunk, branch, and leaf tiles could be reused heavily, so maybe that'd make it practical. And after all, an acorn-throwing oak defeating a sap-blasting maple would be kinda cool... sqoon
Stonix is an Arkanoid clone. Yes, but this needs done for those of us who missed that game's release.
nukeshed
Heres my only serious addition: We need this super meta game where in which the player is trying to join the 125 Club. It would be some sort of monopoly clone, where Spiker is boardwalk. Yeah. I rule at this game.

+DZ-Jay
among several potential project we are considering... what you think ofkarateka? assembloids? Karateka was an awesome game on the C=64, but I don't know how we'll it would work on the Intellivision. Part of what made the original so good was the cinematically, which may be hard to replicate on the Intellivision.

Kefka15
I think I have Karateka for the Atari 7800, but have never played it. Same. I've had that game for years and just looked at it wondering how to pronounce it. I like saying it like the word "Erotica" with a "K" on the front. Seems to make the most sense... bikeguychicago
I'd love to see a real attempt made to port of Zaxxon over to the Intellivision. The Coleco version has to be one of the worst games ever made for the platform and doesn't bear any resemblance to the original. I find it baffling as to why people pay so much money for it on eBay. Just because a game's rare, doesn't mean it's any good. Edited December 8, 2012 by bikeguychicago
