cimerians
Just wondering if anyone has this and also played the original ones on Xbox\PS3. I'm reading reviews and lots of people are praising it and some are saying its still kind of crappy like the original NG3 that was released on the 360 and PS3. Not sure who to believe. After looking at this official page, it looks like they went back to the old games and brought back a lot of features... http://ninjagaiden3.nintendo.com/wiiu.html If it's just as good as Ninja Gaiden 2.....I MAY get a Wii-U sooner than expected. Hoping anyone can comment
xg4bx
I'm not a hardcore NG player so the only insight I can offer is that I was bored with the 'vanilla' NG3 after an hour however I've been playing this version every night for the past week. Just based on my limited time with the original the games feel like the difference between night and day. While I preferred NG2 due to the level design and enemy variety, Razors Edge is certainly what NG3 should have originally been. That's so great to hear because I was devastated by NG3, I felt they made a Dynasty Warriors clone and the series was never like that. I saw some more user reviews that say the same thing. That they brought back weapons, ninpo, enemies are tweaked and of course the intense violence (heads flying, blood etc). Ninja Gaiden is kind of like a Zelda or Skyrim game for me. Must have's when released so of course it's bugging me that I'm choosing to wait for the Wii-U till later. Ugh.....
