I mean you can hardly blame desperate Dreamcast fans for downloading it when there is no other way of getting it. Had it been released things might be different… No it wouldn't. The ISO scene is what killed the Dreamcast. But you cant blame the fans for wanting this game. Look at all the console wars, there were always behind. And they killed themselves with the 32X and Sega CD.
