"Coleco Delivers" Ad #01 is supplied in two differenent formats (a complete version with the text at the bottom cut off and a split version that includes the text at the bottom) and "Coleco Delivers" Ad #02 is supplied in a complete form only. NIAD Posted January 16, 2013 Author Share Posted January 16, 2013 To help everyone out a little more, I'll give you a couple hints: the background color is one difference there are two Prototype Hand Controllers with Speed Roller pictured in Ad #02... so therefore I have counted 2 differences due to these. ttere's a white glow around a lott of things in one of the Ads, I count each one individually. BTW, Ad #02 (has Hand Controllers with Speed Rollers) is the original Ad and Ad #01 is the updated Ad that is very common to see in magazines of that time. 01 - "Arcade-Quality Video Game System" was moved under "ColecoVision" at the top of the page 02 - "Arcade-Quality" was underlined in Ad #02 03 - "Is Rolling Out For July Delivery" was removed in Ad #01 04 - Proto Hand Controller in Ad #02, standard Hand Controller in Ad #01 (in controller storage well) 05 - same as above, but on side of system 06 - same as above, but the small picture at the bottom of the Ads 07 - the text description of the controllers slightly changed between Ads 08-16 - each picture in Ad #01 has a white outline added around the item 17 - Background color of Ad #01 uses a darker blue 18 - Coleco's address at the bottom/right in Ad #02 was removed in Ad #01 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
