Mad Hatter
Same as you Tim; UDS-10 for TCP/IP connection, and GVC 14.4k external for calling The Hidden Reef. Edited March 9, 2013 by Mad Hatter
Gazoo
No, I don't see the need. If there's something I want to up/download, I do it on the PC. Then it's easily transferred to my TI/Geneve 'hard drive' CF cards with TIimagetool. Gazoo
Stuart
Not my 99/4A, but I've hooked my TM990 system up to the Internet so it can be used remotely. No practical purpose whatsoever, just wanted to have a play doing it. I've used a UDS-10 so far, but just got a SBL2e-100 from Netburner which also provides some LVTTL connections which you can control using a Telnet connection. So I'll be able to reset the TM990 remotely as well. Stuart.
+arcadeshopper
I have a serial to tcp/ip ethernet box used for alarm panel updates to ip that i use to telnet from the geneve or TI and a US Robotics Vanything modem hooked to them as well. (switch boxed so i can pick which system and which device is connected) But since I have had HDX i rarely use both. I did dial into hidden reef the other day though from the TI to test a term program I found when going through my disks..
