Joystick Jolter
Hi, I just listed a Coleco Atari 2600 Kid Vid Video Module on eBay. This unit has never been used. It was opened and the box has banged around the attic for years but it was never used. Great chance for someone to buy a unit with cassettes still in their original plastic wrap. The URL is: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...3008522683&rd=1 Good Luck Bidding ... By the way there is NO RESERVE!!!!!
CPUWIZ
Got my bid. Check your eBay email account please.
MegaManFan
I posted a "reminder bid" to it myself.
Joystick Jolter
MegaMan, By the looks of the bidding you might just steal this from me. I saw that marco_k tried selling his and had $187 bid which did not meet his reserve. Maybe I made a mistake , not putting a reserve on this. Well no matter. Good Luck to you . And of course anyone else who'd like to take a shot at it. Thanks, Anthony
CPUWIZ
No, he won't get it for cheap.
MegaManFan
Ahh, but I just got paid today on two overdue accounts. I'm tempted to keep an eye on this one and just maybe go for the gold.
Rhindle The Red
Ahh, but I too have recently acquired some "spending cash." Maybe I'll bid again.... Maybe I won't.....
MegaManFan
And watch us both get outbid by an unnamed eBay sniper who doesn't read AtariAge, lurking in the shadows.
CPUWIZ
I'll put an end to this, I guarantee it.
MegaManFan
Truly, all I want is the tape deck and the cable to connect it to controller port two. I could really give a sh!t about the box or the cart (I already have one) or the tapes (I can make those off of the .wav files on the net). SS
Who can explain a KidVid to me? How does it differ from a regular tape player? Plus, how does it interface with the cart? Does the cart have a cord that attaches to the machine ala a Supercharger? Inquiring minds want to know.
CPUWIZ
Check this site: http://www.chez.com/slydc/kvcable.htm
SS
So the tape player hooks into the joy port? Weird. Port one or port two? And then you control with the other port? Truly unique.

And that's exactly why I want one. I already have a Supercharger, but this unique "2600 hardware" is not yet part of my collection and SHOULD be. Rhindle The Red
I'll put an end to this, I guarantee it. Oooo, an opportunity to either best CPUWIZ or cost him a lot of extra money! Now which would I prefer......? Well, come, come come into the studio.
MegaManFan
Ah, but it's the two of you who may end up costing ME a lot of money.
CPUWIZ
I should have just taken the BIN, I know it. Second thought, $350.00,- is a bit much.
MegaManFan
If $350 is your target price for a KidVid, even I would have to think twice. That's a lot of money for a tape deck.
CPUWIZ
No, that was his BIN.

Joystick Jolter
Has anyone got a Knockout punch left for this or is the current bidder going to get this on a 15 round decision? He's caught a few weak punches in the last day and is continuing to stand. MMF took a weak shot at him yesterday, but we haven't seen CPU Wiz even take a shot yet. Maybe that Magicard has made his gloves to heavy to take that good shot. Well there is just 3 hours left as I write this. Hope to see a "BIG" Knockout Punch in the last round. Lets WOOP it up there Guys. Anthony

Joystick Jolter
Were in the 15th round and the Challenger is still hanging in there. He has taken a powerful attack in the last couple of rounds, but he's still standing and pounding out his own brand of punishment. We've got some promises from the champions and we will see who gets their hand raised in less than an hour.
