R.Cade Posted April 3, 2013 Share Posted April 3, 2013 (edited) Most VIC-20's look like that on a 1702 unless you adjust the video with the little pot on the inside (of the VIC). Adjust it until the background is nearly white... For whatever reason every one I've had is adjusted wrong from the factory. Maybe they tuned it for the RF output and not the composite.
