Edit: just noticed, with the current standings and the bonus point system, I would lose points by increasing my score over 80k. It a shame work has kicked-up. It's also a shame I didn't get very far into 50k. Don't think anyone is going to slide into 50k below my score for that extra bonus point.... How about if you roll the game, play variation 9 and use that as the tie-breaker. I agree with you, it's a bad idea to change rules in the middle of things .... but ... I played a game of my life and didn't die til the 7th wave, then it refused to give me the 800 points and I collapsed on the 8th wave. 96,000 again.
