badbrad
I got this the other day, it just doesn't look right to me. Okay, looking at the outside, it's a (light) Sixer, right? Now, I open it up and there's that tank-like shielding. I thought that was only on the "Heavy" Sixer. The screws on the bottom (last pic) don't look original at all with a washer on one? Has somebody put Heavy Sixer guts in this shell? Or am I completely wrong? I don't have any other sixers to compare this to. (this unit doesn't work yet btw)
CPUWIZ
The real heavy sixers do have those 2 screws with the washers on the bottom, I bet someone just put it into a new case. I have the shell of a heavy, it's yours for the price of shipping if you want it.

Dantaipan
Does someone have a pic of a light-sixer. I thought mine was a light-sixer but the guts look like the one in the above pic.

Dantaipan
Thanks but I should have specified the "guts" of a light-sixer. My shell looks like the one in the link you just posted but my guts look like the one in the pic above.
bcsnow
I've got the same thing, the inside looks like the heavy and the outside like the light... what is going ?!?!?!... we is confused.
Christophero Sly
My (light) sixer looks like that inside. I've never taken my heavy-sixer apart, but it is heavier than my (light) sixer. I think there is even more shielding in a heavy-sixer. BTW, I love my heavy-sixer.
paul
i could be wrong, but it looks to me like in the pic above (sixer2.jpg) there appears to be a channel 3/4 switch on the board. heavy sixers don't have a channel 3/4 switch, correct?
