+Ksarul
It accepts a standard power cable (3-prong type), but I think it is limited to 117V power (US standard). I'll check one of mine later today to see if it is switchable to 220V).
+acadiel
I straight up won’t deal with a seller with feedback rating that low. He has 200 something feedback. Still up above 90%.
Mitkraft
He has 200 something feedback. Still up above 90%. For the most part I don’t deal with sellers having less than 99% feedback except on the occasion their volume is so low that only one negative brought the rating down and I can tell from the the text of the negative feedback that the buyer is the one being a jerk. That goes double for someone supposedly having a rare item all of the sudden. Not having standards like that is how bad sellers get to keep doing business. I guess it’s also why I don’t seem to have much to bitch about eBay like so many disgruntled people seem to.
digdugnate
wonderful Scott Adams game, but oof, the price. https://www.ebay.com/itm/CIB-TI-99-TI-99-4a-Pyramid-of-Doom-Scott-Adams-text-adventure-cassette-complete/292824548029?_trkparms=aid%3D888007%26algo%3DDISC.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20131227121020%26meid%3Da120d76a0827493c86c1d98ff298a3d3%26pid%3D100009%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D1%26sd%3D173413733491%26itm%3D292824548029&_trksid=p2047675.c100009.m1982

+OLD CS1
Nice looking MBX with reasonable starting price in this eBay Auction -- Item Number: 202524415545 for a first or even spare (thinking about it) system. I would love to demo one of these at a VCF but it is so loud there I expect the voice control would not work (did not work with the cackling hens at Christmas, I can tell you that.)

Omega-TI
This is one of the few items that I have absolutely no interest in. It takes up way too much space for the few games it offers and none of them would get any play by me.
+OLD CS1
When is VCF? Check out http://vcfed.org I have not seen a schedule yet for VCF-SE, and I am hoping to get a big Amiga gathering together for next year.

iliketurtles
Find the interesting thing in this lot. It might have a bad Mitsumi keyboard, but look carefully at the joysticks. HERE. I snagged a pair of those to go with my 99/4. They were broke. Also painful.
Mitkraft
They look like they’d be more comfortable than the regular ones. Is that not the case? I snagged a pair of those to go with my 99/4. They were broke. Also painful.
+Ksarul
No--there are two indented lines on the ball at the top, ostensibly to improve the grip. They gouge painfully into the hands. When I first had my TI, I could not use them for more than 15-20 minutes at a time before my hands were raw. I quickly switched to Atari-style joysticks once adapters became available. . .

Opry99er
My famous red ball sticks are awesome. I also love my Suncom Slik Stik.
iliketurtles
With me, it's either Tank Grip or TracBall.
digdugnate
i do have a soft spot for the old TI Pain sticks- but lately i've got an NES-Style controller that I've been using for my games I really like. Otherwise, I'll throw on a CX40.
iliketurtles
Pain Sticks would've been OK if the lines on the ball weren't as painful.

Omega-TI
I've sometimes wondered how many times some of these MBX units get sold, re-sold and sold again. I know some people think they are kind of neat, but they seem to take up a lot of desk space for what they little they have offer.
iliketurtles
I'm highly suprised that MBX STILL hasn't got any bids. Especially considering it has Championship Baseball with the overlay. Although it is a bit overpriced.

Although it is a bit overpriced. I don't think it's overpriced, but I think the Holidays are not the best time to sell collector's items in my view... And to make matters worse, a lot of sellers will jack up the prices to laughable levels during that time, further driving away potential buyers...
