+atari2600land
Since this looks really off, I was just wondering if there was a way to shift the playfield four pixels to the right so it would be centered. thing.bas
SeaGtGruff
It looks like you've set the playfield to X.X.X.X.X.X.X.X.X.X.X.X.X.X.X.X. To shift it 4 pixels to the right, change it to .X.X.X.X.X.X.X.X.X.X.X.X.X.X.X.X Edited August 20, 2013 by SeaGtGruff
+atari2600land
If I do that, it looks like this. I guess I'd need it shifted two pixels to the right then. Edited August 20, 2013 by atari2600land
SeaGtGruff
That looks better in relation to the score. If you're trying to make it look perfectly centered in relation to the vertical PF0 pixels on the left and right sides, you're going to have to space the pixels differently, because there's no way to shift the playfield at anything other than a multiple of 4 color clocks. Try this instead: ..X..X..X..X..X..X..X..X..X..X.. The first and last windows(?) will be further from the edges of the building(?), but they'll be perfectly centered. Or you could do this: X.X.X.X.X.X.X.X..X.X.X.X.X.X.X.X (one extra dot in the center).
