iesposta
I do plan to return to this, but I have been working with Byte Knight to finish DK Arcade 2600 (which links in my signature).
iesposta
This plays to Level 2, but then falls apart Just posting if you would like to see how far it got. QbBscroll220131020d.bas.bin

That's definitely good news. I am waiting for DK Arcade 2600, too.
+grafixbmp
as far as changing direction mid jump... Why not make your joystick check conditional. in motion - no joystick checks (motion vectors) no motion- poll joystick
iesposta
as far as changing direction mid jump... Why not make your joystick check conditional. in motion - no joystick checks (motion vectors) no motion- poll joystick If you run the latest bin above, I did manage to fix it better than the bin in the first post. It doesn't change mid-jump any more but in the middle of jumping if you push a different direction you can make Q*bertari freeze. It really needs a reboot because the latest bug fixed batari Basic fixed a bug which changes alignment of P0 to P1 by one vertical line so things are no longer lining up, also better joystick coding, and I need to design a way to keep track of level 2's 3 color states, and later levels that after the third change it changes a 4th time, and the bit method I have now of determining when all the colors are right sometimes triggers when there is still one square not changed. All of that has quickly overwhelmed my tiny programmer's brain.
