Matej
Ahh so. I understand... So OK. YM player will be nice! And there is beautiful ARKOS TRACKER for PC with YM export. http://www.julien-nevo.com/arkos/tools.html So for ST non owners there is tracker too... Or VORTEX TRACKER. http://bulba.untergrund.net/vortex_e.htm For SNDH files...
LinkoVitch
SNDH is nice, but alas a bit of a pain in the arse. SNDH just defines the header really. Which is needed and great, but the actual playback of the music is done by an embeded playback routine within the SNDH file. These are not all the same, as these are written for the Atari ST, they are trying to interface with hardware that simply isn't there on the Jag (the YM2149 and MFP). It's not impossible, and I have written some routines that will automatically modify some of the binary players so that they work with JYM and the way the YM emulation works, there are still a lot that simply don't work. It also requires the 68K is used to play the tunes, which I'd rather not if I could. Perhaps one day when I have some more time I'll have a stab at reworking the more common playback routs directly into JYM so it can handle the raw tunes without any magic rewrite hackery
