rockman_x_2002
If you want arcade action, take Ms. Pac-Man, Robotron:2084, Xevious, and Food Fight for a spin. For head-to-head games, take BallBlazer. It's just more fun with 2 people. If you want a game that'll bruise your brain, Tower Toppler is good. But just to be on the safe side... let's just assume that all 7800 titles are worth a few moments of your time.
The Sage of Sega
Either Ballblazer or Rampage. Rampage is such a badass game. Be Godzilla! Crush buildings! Wa-ha-haaaaaaaa!
Zloch
Faves: Food Fight Ms Pac Man Robotron 2084 Overall I am not very impressed with the 7800. I prefer the 5200. Sean

SteveW
I've got to chime in on this. I love Midnight Mutants. It's the only RPG on the 7800, and it's one that I just have to pop in and play every once in a while. I also liked Fatal Run, because I enjoy vehicular combat games. Ninja Golf is fun, and Dark Chambers is a nice Gauntlet-style game that I can kill a good hour playing. Alien Brigade is a good game, but short. It plays fine with a joystick. (My two XE Light Guns don't work anymore.) Basically, most of the games near the end of the 7800's life cycle are worth a look.
