I was either going to pre-order this or Machine for Pigs and lucked out since Machine for Pigs doesn't appeal to me really from what I've seen. I thought Outlast's story and pay off was much better. Basement Crawl has been delayed for an unknown amount of time. The game is finished, but the developer has a partnership opportunity which they're investigating, which would allow them to add more to the game. Does it get dark and quiet and all of a sudden something goes "BANG" and jumps out at you? Yes! I couldn't help but think Doom III without guns. Your guy breathing heavily kind of makes me nervous but it makes you jump out of your skin sometimes. I have to give it a thumbs up so far but I love this sort thing. Its a classic survival horror game without all the bullshit guns and FPS crap. I'll be playing this and Super Motherload for a while.....Dont Starve is also really really good but I dont have the time for everything. I played through it twice! Yeah that was cool, I got it for Windows way back but never picked up the 360 version for a playthrough, I should do that. The dead guy in the locker.....freaky! This game has those moments too. lol I'm just starting this though...I'm kind of in the beginning looking to start some pumps but got caught. I died in the exact same spot. In one of the rooms, I hid in a locker, but the dude didn't leave. I made the mistake of just trying to jump out and run past him.
