CPUWIZ
Cool, two successful assemblies and tests. Did I send you that socket?
+Defender_2600
Very nice. These boards deserve transparent shells.
Trebor
WANT. IT. TOO. That is SWEET! Bentley Bear's Crystal Quest in all its glory...Excellent! Thanks for sharing the news, Bob! Gratitude of the highest degree to CPUWIZ; the 7800 scene/software devs needed these badly. Two software devs already have perfectly working boards, just superb work CPUWIZ!

mmervine
I really want to thank CPUWIZ for the development of these boards. I know Bob was concerned as he developed BB that there would not be a board available to release the game on. Now Bob will be able to release BBXM and, hopefully, a small run of a BB "special edition' that will have Pokey sound without an XM. Of course other games, such as Perry's 'Pokey Kong' can also now be available, if the developer chooses. Fantastic job CPUWIZ and many thanks!!!
gorfcadet
Too bad we can't piggyback the Pokey part of the cart like a Game Genie or something.

CPUWIZ
In another thread this was kinda done already. Yep, there is a proof of concept... http://atariage.com/forums/topic/219967-bentley-bear-crystal-quest-running-without-xm/?p=2895852 Bored with that though, especially because there wouldn't be a case for it and it wouldn't fit into existing cart shells, AFAICT.
