Sure, it's hair-splitting by now, but I think some games were completed in year X, but not released until year Y, sometimes several years later. Primary sources could also be video game mags from those days, like Electronic Games, Video Games, Electronic Fun with Computers & Games, et. al. I was comparing the list here with what I have in my database and found a few discrepancies -- usually of the 1982/1983 variety. I think I probably went by the Intellivision Lives dates. For example, I don't think any games were actually released in 1978, were they? Was the test marketing done in 1979? My immediate recall of that era is hazy.
