*edit* 2/16 After looking into a few things, I decided to list this on eBay. I think it goes live at 11pm PST. Thanks for all the replies to this thread!

I am looking to see what I can expect if i need to sell these items. They were all bought new from Best Electronics in the last two weeks. I have hardly had any time to play them & I planned on keeping the lot in my collection. But....my wife has been in the hospital for the past week (which was VERY unexpected & scary). She is finally back at home with a good future ahead of her. Details to be found here: http://atariage.com/forums/topic/222068-i-need-some-help-with-clarity-long-post/

I have contacted Best to see what they can do regarding returns. If i cannot go that route, I will have to try and get the money back another way. The items are as follows:

Atari Jaguar system (Was new in box a week ago.. not anymore) Has a new Jaguar power supply from Best.

Cybermorph - Near Mint, no box, but has overlay

Doom - Near Mint in box with overlay, instruction book, and registery card

Alien vs Predator - Also near mint without box, but with all 3 overlays, white cardboard game holder, and instruction booklet (instruction book has a slight crease in bottom corner).

If my house caught on fire tomorrow and these items burnt up, it wouldn't be as important as having a healthy wife.

If anyone has been in a similar situation, what would (or did) you do? What did you get out of it?

Just got an email from Bradley with Best Elec. He said they don't do returns in the usual sense, ie. there is a 15% restocking fee and they can only put the money toward a future purchase, which I understand. I told him I wanted to check with him first before I attempted to sell it somewhere else like eBay. He said there had been a buyer in the fairly recent past that had been buying New in the box Jag systems and flipping them on to eBay for close to $500 a pop (I was wondering when I would see someone do that). He then went on to say they had no future buying privileges with Best . He then told me that I could do pretty well if I worded my eBay auction correctly. I would have to say Bradley at Best Elec. is great to work with and has my highest approval.
