Considering how prohibitively expensive Neo Geo collecting has become, anything to ease the $10K price tag is welcome. Johnny16bit — Yesterday at 7:25 AM @everyone Fellas, the time has come! We’re starting the pre-orders for the 3rd AES/MVS print of The Eye of Typhoon [Saiki/Tsunami Edition]. Please note that for organizational reasons, this campaign will have to last no more that 2 weeks! As a reminder to those who haven’t followed the game’s development history, it is the unofficial release of a game made by us as BLK Corp, and it is NOT endorsed by Viccom, who made the PC/3dO original. Therefore, we’re only offering this exceptionally, on the forums we attend regularly and on this Discord chan. For these reasons, it is important that you note that the only payment method we will take is Paypal gift / friends and family – NOT goods & services! Please make sure you know what that implies in your region of the world (but basically, it means you don’t have PP’s protection of buyers). This 3rd print will be identical to the previous one; green MVS kit and cherry-pink AES (with a single faux Korean insert); only the BLK holosticker will differ – this time, you’ll have Stallone shouting “Adriaaaan” instead of Van Damme. SlidellMan Seeing that I'm helping 7BlackJack8 on Neo Thunder X, Might as well post some rules regarding Neo Geo Homebrews. In particular, my rules: 1. No bugs, glitches, or crashing. 2. The Neo Geo has enough fighting games as is, so I'll only do boxing or wrestling. 3. The game in question must take advantage of the platform's strengths. 4. Said games must also play incredibly well with a good difficulty curve. 5. Game must be of good length and depth. Not too complex or long, but not too simplistic or short. 6. Game must also have good graphics, pacing, and music. 7. All sports games must have an exciting/interesting twist. They also must support the link ports for both MVS and AES. 8.
