EMBRACE THE PLASMA :: a demo screen by lsl/checkpoint

lsl/Checkpoint has released the code and assets to a plasma screen he created. He posted the link to his personal facebook page ending with "more sources will follow!" - nice! :0)

 

Here's the readme and his post:

A friend(Bart from Ireland) asked me if I had some advices getting started on Atari Jaguar.
Well, here's some little screen with full sourcecode.

Was that on real hardware? I only have VJ right now, no Jaguar set up.

 

I'm not sure lsl always checks his stuff on the Jaguar 100% of the time :0)

Yes on real hardware, I think that my jaguar it's buggy because with Flashback I got some polygons with vertical bars, instead of a solid color.

That Bart from Ireland it's me I appreciate that LSL spent some of his precious time preparing this. Professionally I'm PC programmer, with Atari I've an experience with XL/XE series. With Jag it was just hard for me to start - there are some tutorials around, some files but a lot of links are out of date, and reading well commented examples always works best - thanks again. Now expect some impressive software for that console! (some day.... )
