Looking at the keyboard schematic, column 18 deals with 4 of those keys. If C, F, and X are working, I'd guess there's a break in the circuit trace between F and R/T key. If the C, F, and X are not working, I'd look at the wire connecting to the keyboard circuit.

Maybe something got spilled in at one time and the spilled fluid has eaten through the trace? Taking it apart is a whole lotta screws though.
