He is also credited for light gun games Barnyard Blaster and Crime Buster no less (wonder what happened inbetween?) Everyone welcome to play. +slx Posted June 16, 2014 Share Posted June 16, 2014 Decided to start early this round! K-Krazy Kritters 82800 Interesting Space Invaders variant! I like that it's quite self-paced with lots of the action depending on whether you shoot blocks or not. Would have loved the intermissions in the 80s but today it feels strange that both the bulldozer and the ringmaster theme as well as the latter's music don't fit with the theme of the rest of the game. What I also don't like is that the action required after shooting a block is always the same without any twist to it. I have no idea why but although I vividly remember the adverts none of these games ever found their way across the Atlantic as I never encountered a real cart or even a bootleg (good copy protection or a reputation for "not working on XLs?") A very good berzerk clone.I sort of like K. Antics. I think I have the hang of leading the ants to their watery doom while I have a backup egg. I don't like K. Kritters. It feels like either a horrible version of Space Invaders/Galaxian where the shots follow you. I don't mind K. Patrol. It has some decent twitch gameplay, but it feels a little too busy/random and refueling your shields is difficult. Kritters is annoying until you get the right rhythm. Is it even possible to shoot the 'kamikaze' ships, or must you simply avoid them? All scores are PAL. There is 1 NTSC bonus point per game but your pal scores would then not count for that game or games so it's up to you! There will be plenty of points coming and the next catch-up round will also include "G games" which you missed.
