Converting 68000 to GPU isn't exactly rocket science thanks to the instruction set. Especially for small routines like a depacker.

 

Gpu version wow can we not convince them to release it?

I still need to get gpu code running i know the gpu code needs to be loaded in the gpu and started from there but did not code risc before so still newbie in gpu/dsp area

If you code in 68000, like Cyrano told, that's easy to port to GPU (I've yet done for Ray (TSCC) depacking rout ( http://www.jagware.org/index.php?showtopic=98 )and i think i can easily port the PNG ( http://www.jagware.org/index.php?showtopic=98 ) rout too (When i can find some free time
