The Usotsuki
I've started to reverse engineer The Arcade Machine, in my neverending quest to bring software to ProDOS... This program's editor is almost entirely written in BASIC. That's actually kind-of surprising, though Krakowicz mentions it in his notes, which I believe was where I took a clue (they're in Computist). It does run the RAM dangerously close to the top so it would be necessary to use a 64K DOS or a smaller wedge to filecrack it. I'm going with PDOS RDOS, I think - it only occupies from B100 up. Then I can probably use a BASIC stub to let PDOS do my work for me with the main menu. I think I'm going to need to figure a bit more about the memory layout below 7800. :/ Quote Link to comment https://forums.atariage.com/topic/230111-digging-into-the-arcade-machine/ Share on other sites
