WANTED: Cheap ass android phone

Looking for a used phone that's around 30 dollars. It must have atleast have 512mb of ram and a 1ghz processor. It must also work normally without a sim card (with the exclusion of data) I dont plan on getting a data plan. It must have at least android 4.1 or higher.

I got my ZTE att go phone brand new for 49.99. 512 meg, 1ghz, android 4.1 and without a sim card it functions as a gadget wont make calls though ... if you need CDMA or if you think you can skate without ever using data its really a matter of time before they figure you out and start charging (or so I hear I have never tried it, I waited till we got a family data plan before even trying)

If you get a Google Voice number, you can use it (through the updated Google Hangouts app) to make phone calls using WiFi. I use my old Thunderbolt that way and it works pretty well. I do have a newer phone it's an alternative if you are not using a SIM card on the phone.

I'm not interested in making phones calls (to be honest, I really never phone anybody anymore).

From my understanding, it has 4.0.4? I'm fine with that.
