PeBo
So we've talked about Atarisoft games, but what about other TI cartridge based titles? From the original era only, which non-atarisoft games do you think rose above the fray and truly stood out among the crowd? Parsec and ToD are probably among the top 10 for most 4A lovers (she says I'm a 4F lover - unfit for service), but what of all those other modules released back in the 80's. My own personal top 10 (not in any order) would consist of: (I didn't include Parsec or ToD coz it made it impossible to keep it to 10 - which was already a challenge.) Jawbreaker Microsurgeon Midnite Mason Munchman Frogger Q*bert Super Demon Attack Miner 2049 Burgertime TI Invaders (best Space Invaders ever??) I would have also added Micro Pinball II, but I don't think that was ever released on a cartridge (correct?)
BassGuitari
In no order:TI Invaders MunchmanSuper Demon AttackBurgertime Star Trek SOS Car Wars Moon Mine Microsurgeon Q*Bert Treasure Island I find Parsec kinda "meh," honestly. I know that's probably anathema, and I don't think it's a bad game by any stretch (although the game is really cheap sometimes), but I much prefer Defender. The voice is awesome, though! TheMole
I don't think these were ever officially released in cartridge form, but Thorn Emi's River Rescue and Computer Wars were in my opinion some of the best looking and playing games on the system. Also, Sega's Buck Rogers and Data East's Treasure Island at least feel a bit better than the rest. I do agree that Frogger, Midnight Mason and Burgertime deserve an honorable mention as well. +save2600
Star Trek blew me away back in the day... plays perfectly and had speech! Was really happy that game came with my TI package (bought 2nd hand from a friend at school). Tough to pick just 10, but here goes. Games I had since way back when and played the hell out of: Burgertime Car Wars Munchman TI Invaders (agree it's the best version ever) Munchmobile is pretty good too Blasto was a favorite and had a couple of friends that loved to play Congo Bongo Miner 2049'er Slymoids Star Trek ... Oh and any of the Scott Adams Adventures!

PeBo
Zero Zap Does have the advantage that it pretty well plays itself with minimal user input...not many games can say that!
