Mr SQL
KC Monochrome Dreams cooperative AI Cooperative AI is an integral part of KC Monochrome Dreams - the AI cannot be disengaged creating an environment where the player has full control but the AI is always present periodically making moves that the player can either take advantage of or stumble over. Cooperative AI creates a combination of demo and game - KC can be played cooperatively with the CPU or watched in demo mode with no player input. Because it's possible for the player to disengage, you can choose to revert to demo mode by letting go of the stick to watch the bonus rounds or at any time. The Monochrome Dreams version of the game increases the emphasis on teamwork with the CPU; downloads for the Harmony and SuperCharger flashcarts are here. What do you think about cooperative gameplay with the computer? Are there other games that feature cooperative AI?

Mr SQL
it fights the player too much but might make an excellent pinball machine Player control was controversial during testing - half the gamers in the test group didn't like it at first but after more time playing the game most liked the effect for being different. It does get easier to control once you get used to the idea the computer is playing in tandem with you.
Mr SQL
The concept of player and computer as partners (ie, Transhumanism) may be better understood/appreciated from my related post regarding Kasparov's experiment on this thread from the Atari forum: http://atariage.com/forums/topic/235460-ai-masters-49-atari-2600-games-without-instructions/page-
