JamesD
Is there no break key on the Tandy? It's bright red, how can you miss it?
JamesD
How very dare you malign the Tandy/Dragon machines, they were completely brilliant.........................as long as you love the colour green and single channel sound http://atariage.com/forums/topic/227579-coco-madness-demos-for-the-coco/
Mclaneinc
That's pretty much it, as for break keys, Tandy staff were so thick its amazing they worked out how to get into the shop.. We used to terrorise one member of staff with a laser, they kept the shop fronts down an alley by the shop so we used to sit on the first floor of the shop and shine it down the alley, Albert the guy in question obviously thought it was something else and ran like hell...100% true.. Also we would spray freezer spray in to sealable little bags and ask their staff to hold them in their hands, the bags began to boil on skin contact, expanded and blew up in their faces, much to our delight...Again 100% true.. Its just the way they could see the bag expanding but no one of them dropped it, they just waited until it popped...Good fun times.... Honestly, the difference between the US Radio Shack staff and the UK Tandy staff was amazing..The US guys knew their stuff to a degree while the UK ones in Hammersmith were brain dead (at best)
