PacManPlus
So I bought these full sheet magnet paper pack and I was thinking what I could do with them (I know, you guys will probably tell me to 'get a life')... But then I thought, "It would be cool to print some Atari Picture Labels (among other arcade-related things) as referigerator magnets!" Of course, I only put them on the small referigerator in my rec room, or my girlfriend would probably think it's silly (and she doesn't even *live* with me yet) What do you guys think? (Sorry about the blurry pic - I am using Auto-Focus on the camera so I don't understand why that is happening)
sku_u
They look nice for a rec room. Are you using standard or glossy paper for them?

cryptik76
They look very cool. If you made a Mountain King, Keystone Kapers, or Rampage magnet I'd buy one.
PacManPlus
Thanks! @sku_u: It's actually magnet paper, (I don't know if you've seen it before, but it's a matte finish paper, with a thin magnet backing)
dwh
I've got a 'Pesco' frig magnet from (the now gone..?)Hozer Vidio. So,yeah this can be done, and, yes,I'd buy some.
SteelerFan
Lets see that cool KISS stuff! I wish someone would have made a KISS game back in the seventies. Afterall, KISS was on EVERYTHING else! STEELERFAN
Video
Those are awesome. What's that magnet paper stuff called? I'd like to order some. I can probably find it online. I'd look for some old atari magnets I had and see if I could redo them, they're worn out from being played with by a kid. 1'st pic, your just holding the camera slightly to close to the picture. Auto focus doesn't work to good inside of 3 feet or so. The second pic looks like slow shutter speed and you moved it while taking the picture (odd, I rarely see that except in the unuseually slow to operate older polaroid cameras)
PacManPlus
Thanks everyone! @Video -> Thanks for the camera tips... Unfortunately, I don't remember what that paper is called; I've actually had the paper for a while, there are no markings on it, and I can't remember where I got it. I'm sorry - I will try to find it again and let you know... @Steelerfan - This may make this thread off-topic but here you go!
PacManPlus
Hello all: I found the maginet paper! This place also has full sheet glossy sticker paper with smaller quantities so you don't have to spend as much! I think I will be buying from this place from now on... http://www.specialty-printer-paper.com/mag...gnet-paper.html
sku_u
Thank for the link. I just bought a pack to test it out, but I think my wife's method is probably a lot cheaper. She buys sheets of magnets that are the size of a sheet of paper for around 20 cents a sheet, then prints out her designs on regular paper and spreads a very thin film of glue over the surface of the magnet, glues the sheet to the magnet, a little work with the exacto later, she has a similar product.
