pbishop
Does anyone know what could go "bad" in the special RF Switch that Atari created for the 4 port 5200? The video comes through fine, but the audio doesn't. All I get is static (like when you flip the switch from TV to Game and all you see is "snow" on the screen). I've tried swapping out the Pokey sound chip from a 2 port model on which the sound works but the sound is still not coming through.

CPUWIZ
There is a way to get rid of that pesky thing, are you good with a soldering iron ?
pbishop
I guess so. I'm not real experienced with it, but I have soldered things together before.

pbishop
I read the text only version the other night. I'm starting to feel a little adventurous! Having the pics will be a definite advantage. Thanks!
