Sharky
Umm! A game has asked me to Insert a blank player disk. I cant remember how it use to be done. Was there a DOS Disk you needed ? Where can I find this DOS Disk from (if it exists), or is there somewhere I could download a blank Atari800 Disk-Image?
+Sauron
Interesting that no one's answered your post yet. I just created a blank disk image last night using APE. Even the shareware version allows you to create one.
Nukey Shay
You can just copy the dos disk to another file. Open up Explorer and right-click the dos2s.atr, pick Copy...then right-click on a blank area of the list and pick Paste. A new file will appear called "Copy of dos2s.atr" (you can rename it if you want). In Atari800Win, you can completely format over it or just erase the files. When a game prompts you to swap disks, hit Alt-D and pick it. Some games (like Temple Of Apshai Trilogy) have their own format that player disks must be in...you can reformat the .atr in its menu.
