Hi everyone,

The fourth series test print went just out to the printer and the set is now ready for preorder. This time the 50 cards feature Digiplay, Mattel Europe, and CBS Electronics.

The pre-order price per set is EURO 37.50 including shipping airmail letter (robust box/uninsured/no tracking/shipping time 5 to 10 days). For shipping as regular airmail parcel (robust box/insurance/tracking/shipping time 14 to 28 days, up to 5kg) you will have to add another EURO 35 (yep, shipping a parcel to North America is that expensive).

Since I have to pay the printer in advance I have to charge the amount up-front, so if you are interested in the preorder discount just drop me a PM with your Paypal address and I’ll send you a Paypal invoice.

Some additional information:

· The remaining CBS Electronics will be featured in series five, together with all aftermarket releases.

· The set has additional cards replacing some misprited cards from set 3.

· The 5th and final set will be available in late June.

· Limited run: It's not a limited run, but after the first run the price will be EURO 45.00

· Like for the first series the new series will feature the same box type (slip lid, 13cm x 10cm x 2cm). Additionally, I have made regular sized boxes for the people that asked for. One box is EURO 12, the set of 4 is EURO 45. That's only for the die-hard guys. You can have a look at the boxes in my blog.

· Combined shipping letter airmail: It's possible for up to 3 sets, the first set costs EURO 37.50, the other two costs EURO 35 each, the additional shipping costs are EURO 4.00 (3 sets are too heavy for the cheapest shipping solution)

· Combined shipping airmail parcel: It's possible for up to 15 sets, the first set costs EURO 37.50, the additional copies cost EURO 35 each

· Shipping date: Production takes about 1 week, the shipping will be June 2nd.

· Enclosed some low-res jpeg pictures of sample cards (more pictures will come as soon as I’ve received the test print

· Series 1, 2 and 3 are still available for EURO 45.00 (or EURO 40 if ordered combined with the purchase of Series 4)

Marc.

Excellent news! I'm torn on the box choice, though.

The big box style is just a gimmick I have done for a few people and I just want to give everyone a chance to get those boxes if they are interested in them.

The Dreadnaught Factor

are there any other Portuguese Titled digiplay games not listed on intv funhouse? I used intv funhouse for a list of all french and portuguese named games. Apparently its not complete.

Take a look here: http://www.intellivisionbrasil.com/Empresa_Digiplay.htm

Yeah, initially my site was mostly showing what was in my collection. Over time, it's changed to try to list everything, and I've not gone back to the various things like Digiplay and listed the ones not in my own collection. Over time, that should change.

Naturally, image contributions are appreciated, and may eventually even make it all the way to the site! :P

I want those! And Steve my best friend who will soon be in the 125 club would love a set as well! They look great!

You're missing the most elusive Digiplay game, Pinball, I've only seen it in a catalog and once in a big lot on Mercado Libre but someone scooped it separately because a few days later the same auction reappeared with a black space in the photo where Pinball had been, I don't think even Cmart has this one.

Sad face. Steve speaks the truth. I'd always suspected Pinball existed but I'd never seen it until that lot that Steve is mentioning showed up. At least I still have something to look for.

I wasn't sure if I should take the Pinball into the set. I wasn't able to track down a picture or art aside from the catalog screenshot. Psycho Stormtrooper's site featured another Digiplay release with Space Hawk, but again, no art or anything...

Marc fyi the pics in your blog of the full size boxes don't show up on any of my mobile devices, only on computers, not sure why?

Hm, no idea, you may ask Al in the Web Site Comments sub-forum. My pictures are always regular PNG or JPG files. I should have read all postings before replying :)

*** Bump ***

Unfortunately the postal union in Germany has decided to strike. My printer has sent out the cards on Monday 1st and usually shipping should have taken just a day or two. Due to the strike I am still waiting for them. The new shipping date should be at some point next week. Sorry for that L
