Chinese do not drink coffee at all. Only some kinds of tea. In any case, there are also big companies like Starbucks or Costa Cafe, where people can feel a little western but I am sure that very few love coffee. I knew what you meant At breakfast, there was a bar for espresso drinks on demand, but they had 'American' coffee brewed as well...which was also delicious.
