Shift838
I got my ARIES ZIF sockets in for my two 512k carts I have. They work great. I cut out my cart to accommodate for easy EPROM changes.
+Ksarul
Aries are perfect for this, as they have the correct pin diameter. Others do not--don't try them, as they will require a lot of hole filing and probable grief. Buy Aries the first time. I recently bought a couple of their 42-pin ZIF sockets to use with the 2048K Yellow boards. They work great too. . .

+Ksarul
At the moment, I'm only selling them as part of the 2048K games cartridge with the contents of the first four 512K games cartridges in it, although I now have a 1024K image for it that incorporates games five and six. . .the main reason for not selling bare boards is that most people don't have access to a programmer that will work with the 27C160 chips that it needs for a 2048K image. That and the fact that a lot of sources for the chips have chis that only work in the 16-bit mode, which gets really annoying when you burn an image, it checks out, and then it doesn't work. The chips are supposed to work in 8 or 16 bit mode, but almost all of them from China only work as 16-bit chips. I got a hundred or two from Bulgaria that were perfect.
