rkindig
For an upcoming episode of the Floppy Days Podcast on the TI-99/4A, I'm looking for people with interesting memories of the machine as it was used "back in the day". If you have any stories of buying the TI-99 as your first machine, receiving it for Christmas, using it for some interesting purpose, or any other (short) story, I'd love to hear about it. If you're willing to share your story and would like to hear your story on the Floppy Days Podcast, please sent a short (no more 3-5 minute) audio segment (.mp3 format preferred) to floppydays@gmail.com. Thank you!! Randy Kindig host Floppy Days Pocast floppydays.com
rkindig
I've only gotten one response to this request. Come on, TI-99 fans, I know there's more of you out there. Please help me out and make the TI-99 segments coming up on Floppy Days even better! I just need 3-5 minutes on your memories of using the TI-99 back in the day. Thanks Randy
Omega-TI
One of my most recent and favorite memories on the TI-99/4A... Oh yeah, it'll be released next weekend!
rkindig
Hi, what is this? I recognize Tony Knerr's multi-cart (I have one). What are you releasing? thanks! Randy
Omega-TI
What are you releasing? The 80 column menu system at the end of the animated GIF. Tim is way to busy right now, so he told me I could let it out into the wild as a BETA. I'm going to try to whip up a small one sheet guide and zip it up with FIAD and DSK format images in between everything else this week. rkindig
By the way, I need the stories to be submitted as an audio file. Again, 3-5 minutes and just about any format is acceptable, although .mp3 is preferred. thanks! Randy
