AAA rate at the Best Western was under $100/night, which was decent compared to last time I priced it. Going to be there sometime late Friday afternoon (after the L gets up there). Plane is then leaving Sunday at lunch from ORD. Anyone need me to bring anything? It's gonna be two carry ons (backpack and a small roll-on) for this guy. I wouldn't mind going, but when I do a websearch for the 2015 Faire, I only see vague referenes to Evanston, IL. I don't see the actual venue specified. The website referenced doesn't say anything about the Best Western out all for the event. Just as an FYI, as a lurker who only seldom posts here but has in the past two years had a re-awakening with the TI, it's not very easy for newbies to find out about the Faire. I had also tried to subscribe the TI Yahoo news group a few years ago, but my application to join was rejected without any reason, so I gave up on that, too.
