Omega-TI
<< THIS LINK >> Shows a wide range of prices & speeds for the Atmel 49F040's. 90ms,70ms,45ms... Some of the faster ones are less expensive than the slower ones. On the TI is the operational speed really going to make any difference at all? +Ksarul
It shouldn't make any difference to the TI at all, as the TI will be slowing even the slowest ones down a bit. . .
Tursi
those numbers will be microseconds, not milliseconds. But yeah.. anything faster than about 250 microseconds will be fine. 300uS is right on the edge. It's still a good question, there are some systems out there where memory that is too FAST is a problem, but as far as I know, not the TI.
Imperious
It's not microseconds either. Nanoseconds is the correct measurement.
