+atari2600land
Tweezers don't help. I want to open a Game Gear cartridge so I can put my Everdrive in it but I can't get it open. What do I need?

+atari2600land
I guess my next question is WHY DO THEY HAVE TO MAKE IT SO F*^&^ING HARD?
CatPix
Manufacturing costs The sliding system used by Nintendo require more move by machinery assembly, therefore it's more expensive. Pushing two halves together until they snap : cheaper. As simple as that. And they were never designed to be opened. robotwo
If you're only going to use it once (for a cartridge) then maybe you could try the pen approach?
